Born in a small town of Maharashtra, he migrated to Mumbai for further studies and to pursue a career. Almost 4 decades ago he started with a small shop in Abdul Rehman Street for trade of plywood and veneers. That was a start to a success story that continues to unfold. His style of business is unique and leaves a lasting impression with all his associates. He is abreast with the latest trends in the interior industry and pre- empts its demand in the Indian Market. He believes – "If you dreams do not scare you, they are not big enough."

With a master’s degree in Commerce, a diploma holder in Business Finance and with specialization in business development programme from IIM, Ahmedabad, Roshan started his journey to make a career in the field of plywood and veneer by joining his family business in 1998 at the age of 21. The sudden spurt in demand and popularity for wooden flooring in the Indian market, encouraged him to venture out on his own, wherein he tied up with companies abroad for the import of wooden flooring, thus Ego Flooring was established in February 2005. He likes to work as a team and leads by an example, simply due to his profound knowledge of business and passion towards his work. As an individual, he is highly motivated with a strong belief in "Change is the only constant" to which he adapts too effortlessly.

A chartered accountant by profession & holding a degree in MBA, Amishh had dreamt of making it big as an entrepreneur. This dream led him to partner with the Ego Group in year 2004. He brought with him the expertise in the division of Finance which forms the backbone of any company.

Qualified as a Chartered accountant with experience with Ernst & Young and hands on experience in the textile & garments industry as a manufacturer, Sandeep decided to join the Ego Group in the year 2007 as a Director in the newly launched Wall coverings division. With a flare for design he made immediate breakthroughs with international tie-ups with companies specializing in unique wall coverings. The newest trends were now available in over 10 cities of India. A business that started with just 15-20 collections has now grown to over 6000 designs to choose from and an endless list of loyal customers who believe in the brand.
